Refund policy

You will need to email us at sales@trimaxhealthcare.com first regarding any returns or exchanges.
All products found defective on arrival (D.O.A) or manufacturing defect can be return for exchange within 28 days for online purchase, but it must be in the original condition. If the goods / products has been used or found to be damaged by the user, there will be no exchange. 
Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

All Socks are NOT accept for exchange or refund. 

Manufacturer's issue will be send for warranty or replacement.

All decision on all question relating to complaints as to defects either of workmanship or material shall be final and conclusive and the purchaser shall agree to abide by such decision. Trimax Heathcare Sdn Bhd will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
